Magistrate Court, Ogun State.
Uchenna was said to have committed the offence punishable under
section 28 of criminal code vol.1 of the Revised Laws of Ogun State.
According to the prosecutor, Nnamdi, on July 28, 2012, at No 3 Olaiya
Street, Adelemo, Sango Ota, Ogun State, forced the girl to bed.
The victim was said to be living in the same neighbourhood with the
accused person before he committed the alleged crime.
Uchenna pleaded not guilty to the charge while the trial magistrate,
S.T. Bello, adjourned the case for further hearing.
